Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Robossist retains all intellectual property rights in the underlying systems, code, and methodologies used to deliver our services. Clients receive a license to use the delivered systems for their internal business purposes.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Robossist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
